Terms of Service

Last updated: March 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Almour, a wedding planning application operated from Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Almour is a software tool designed to assist couples with wedding planning organisation. Almour is not a licensed wedding planning service, does not provide professional planning advice, and is not responsible for the outcome of your wedding.

The Legal Guide feature provides general informational content only and does not constitute legal advice. Always verify marriage licence requirements with your local municipal office, provincial vital statistics office, or a licensed legal professional before applying for a marriage licence.

AI-powered features (Vow Helper, AI Assistant, invitation generation, vendor insights) use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and drafts. These outputs are starting points for your editing and personalisation — they are not professional advice and carry no warranty of accuracy or originality.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others.

3. Pricing, Billing, and Refunds

Almour offers the following subscription plans:

Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Lifetime plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
